Each order is typically processed and shipped within 72 hours, unless otherwise specified by us. You will receive an email confirming the processing and shipment of the order.
If you have ordered more than one article, the order will be grouped into as few shipments as possible.

Within Paris city limits: Courier or Colissimo
Within Paris city limits and depending on the availability of the products, delivery by courier may be possible. Deliveries will be carried out within a 3-hour window following validation by the customer service department. You may also choose Colissimo for your delivery.
Mainland France: Colissimo
Deliveries in mainland France (including Corsica) are carried out using the Colissimo service proposed by the Post Office. This service delivers your orders to your home or office, or for even more convenience, your orders will be left at the nearest post office in the event you are not there.
In the rest of the world: Local Partners
Deliveries to other parts of the world are carried out by one of our local partners depending on the location: DHL, FEDEX, UPS. Deliveries will take between 3 to 7 days, depending on the country.
In order to receive your orders as expeditiously as possible, it is advisable to have them delivered to an address where you will be present during daytime hours (your workplace for example) or ensure that someone will be present to accept the package in your absence.


Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer shall be entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to provide any reason whatsoever.
The 14-day withdrawal period commences from the date the Customer receives the ordered item.

The product in question must be returned at the same time as the right to withdraw is exercised and sent by mail to PLOCUS – 8 rue Henri Matisse - 91100 - Corbeil-Essonnes – FRANCE (with the postmark being authoritative).
The costs for returning the product(s) shall be borne by the Customer.
Within 14 business days from the moment the Company is informed of the Customer’s decision to exercise a right of withdrawal, the Company shall refund the amount received in payment for the product which is the subject of withdrawal.
The refund period may be extended until the product returned by the Customer has been received and verified.
However, it should be noted that any refunds for products may only be made if all of the following conditions are met:
        1) The product has not been worn, used, modified or damaged, nor has it undergone any changes that could result in it not being able to be resold as brand new.
        2) The product was not custom-made.
        3) The product must be returned in its original packaging together with its invoice.


Defective products may be returned by the Customer to the after-sales service department.
Before sending us the product, the Customer agrees to send an email to with a photo of the damaged piece accompanied by the invoice and a description of how it was damaged to enable us to assess whether the product is able to be repaired.
We will then send you an email confirming whether the product can be repaired or exchanged and whether you can return the product or not.
The costs, risks and perils of returning merchandise shall be borne by the Customer (it is therefore advisable to declare the value of the merchandise and to take out insurance covering these risks). It is also advisable to return the merchandise using registered mail.

Upon receipt of the returned product in the after-sales department, and if the product is able to be repaired or exchanged, “PLOCUS” will send the product back to you within 2 to 3 weeks save in exceptional cases where the repair would require more time.
In the event the defective product that was returned to “PLOCUS” could not be repaired, an identical product will be sent if there is one in the catalogue, or a refund will be made if a repair cannot be made.
